Shipping is completely FREE on all advance payment orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 24% shipping charge is added at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, festivals, or extreme weather conditions. For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready — our courier partners do not carry change.

Delivered
Your order arrives at your doorstep. For COD orders, payment is collected at delivery.
Important Information
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can track your order at any time from your account dashboard under "Track Your Order".
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Anzore Closet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. For address changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Packaging & Condition
Every order is packed in premium Anzore packaging to protect it in transit. Please inspect your parcel at delivery — if the packaging is damaged or opened, refuse the parcel and notify us immediately.
Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases of courier delays or natural events, delivery may take longer than the estimated time. Our support team will keep you updated. If your order exceeds the estimated time by 7 days, contact us for a full refund or reshipment.
International Shipping
