1. Our Services

Anzore Closet provides an online retail platform specializing in apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle products. Our Services may include:

• Providing product listings with descriptions, photographs, and pricing;
• Allowing users to create personal accounts to manage purchases;
• Offering digital payment methods for secure transactions;
• Delivering goods to specified addresses through logistics providers;
• Providing customer service, returns, and exchange processes;
• Sending newsletters, promotional messages, and account notifications;
• Running special offers, discount codes, and loyalty programs;
• Operating any mobile applications or future platforms linked to Anzore Closet.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features without prior notice. Access to Services may be restricted in some countries due to local laws. Users accessing the Services outside of Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local regulations.

2. Eligibility and User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• If under 18, you have obtained consent and supervision from a parent or guardian;
• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete;
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and update it promptly;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

• You will not use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Your use of the Services will not violate applicable law or regulation.

If we believe you have provided false or misleading information, or violated these representations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict future use of the Services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, software, code, product photos, and brand elements, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except where otherwise indicated, all rights belong to Anzore Closet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download or print portions of the content solely for your own personal records, provided you do not remove proprietary notices.

You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, or exploit any part of the Services or its content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Registration and Accounts

In order to access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at info@anzorecloset.com. We will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use if you fail to maintain security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use offensive, misleading, or impersonating usernames, or that are found to be in violation of these Terms.

5. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We strive to present accurate product descriptions, including specifications, sizes, colors, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all details are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Variations in product colors may occur due to differences in device displays and photography conditions.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity. We may also adjust pricing without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect confirmed orders unless due to pricing errors, in which case we may cancel the order and refund any payments.

6. Purchases and Payment

By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing details. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full purchase price, including any taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges.

• All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Applicable sales tax will be added as required by law.
• We may accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets, or bank transfers.
• You must promptly update billing information to avoid delays in processing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal transactions are suspected.

If your payment method fails, you agree to promptly resolve outstanding balances. We may suspend delivery until full payment has been received.

7. Subscriptions and Packages

Anzore Closet may offer special subscription services, packages, or loyalty programs. These may include benefits such as discounts, early access to products, or free delivery. By enrolling in a subscription or package, you agree to the specific terms provided at the time of enrollment.

Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis unless explicitly described as one-time payments. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the agreed intervals. You may cancel renewals by following the instructions provided in your account settings or by contacting our support team.

We may modify subscription fees and will notify you of any changes as required by law. Continued use after the effective date of fee adjustments constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We partner with third-party logistics providers to deliver products to your designated address. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on location, order size, and selected delivery options.

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect information, you may be charged additional reshipment fees.

We may provide tracking information where available. It is your responsibility to monitor shipments and contact carriers directly for delivery updates once a tracking number is issued.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return or exchange within the time frame specified on our website. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within the specified return period (generally 7–14 days from delivery).
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges may be offered where inventory allows. If replacement items are unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse or exploit the Services in any manner. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code into the Services;

By submitting Contributions, you grant Anzore Closet a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your Contributions in connection with our Services and marketing.

• You own or have obtained the necessary rights to your Contributions;
• Your Contributions do not infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties;
• Your Contributions are free of unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove Contributions at our sole discretion. Contributions reflect the opinions of users and do not represent the official views of Anzore Closet.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, will survive termination.

15. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, without liability. We may provide updates, improvements, or changes to the Services to enhance performance, add features, or comply with legal requirements.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, upgrades, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances. While we aim to minimize disruptions, we do not guarantee continuous availability of the Services.

16. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anzore Closet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anzore Closet, its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or third-party rights;
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services;
• Your misconduct or negligence in connection with the Services.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@anzorecloset.com.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan, conducted in English, with proceedings held in Peshawar, Pakistan. Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding. Class actions and collective proceedings are not permitted under these Terms.

You agree that any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action arising; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.

19. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anzore Closet regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect legal interpretation.
